Data Protection Notice

Last updated

This short notice tells you, at the point of collection, who processes the data you enter into our forms, on what basis, for how long, and what you can do about it. The full picture is in our Privacy Policy.

1. Who is responsible

Stronx ("we", "us") is the data controller for the personal data described in this document. You can reach our privacy team at info@example.com.

2. What you are giving us

When you submit our contact or quotation form we receive your full name, telephone number, email address, country, and the content of your message. Our server also records your IP address and the time of submission as a security measure.

3. Why we need it and on what basis

Providing your name, contact details, and message is necessary for us to answer you. Marketing consent is entirely optional and refusing it has no effect on your enquiry.

4. Who else sees it

Your submission is handled by our sales team and stored with our hosting and email providers, who act as processors under Article 28 GDPR. Where a project requires it, we share the relevant details with manufacturing, transport, and installation partners. We do not sell your data or pass it to advertisers.

5. Transfers outside the EEA

Where your data is transferred outside the EEA, we use a transfer mechanism permitted by Chapter V GDPR. See the international transfers section of our Privacy Policy for detail, or ask us for information about the relevant safeguard.

6. How long we keep it

Enquiries that do not lead to a contract are normally kept for up to two years after our last substantive contact, unless a longer period is needed for a legal claim or obligation. If a contract follows, records are kept for the contract term and the applicable statutory limitation, warranty, and record-keeping periods.

7. Your rights

Subject to the conditions in GDPR, you may request access, correction, erasure, restriction, or portability; object to certain processing or automated decisions; and withdraw consent at any time.

Send your request to info@example.com. You can also lodge a complaint with the competent supervisory authority in the EEA country where you live, work, or believe an infringement occurred. The complete description of your rights is in our Privacy Policy.

Tell us aboutyour project.

Send the intended use, the site, the occupancy, and the date it needs to be working. We come back with the scope we would price.
