Electronic Communications Consent
Last updated
Marketing messages are sent only with your prior opt-in. This page sets out what we send, how often, who sends it, and how to stop it in one click.
1. What you are consenting to
By ticking the marketing box on our forms you agree that Stronx may send you commercial electronic messages about its products and services.
- New product ranges, model updates, and technical documentation.
- Campaigns, price announcements, and seasonal offers.
- Invitations to trade fairs, site visits, and dealer events.
- Company news and project references.
2. Channels and frequency
Messages may be sent by email or SMS only through the channels covered by your consent and the contact details you provide. Frequency may vary, but every marketing message will identify the sender and provide an appropriate way to opt out. We do not give your contact details to third parties for their own marketing.
3. Legal basis
Consent is the legal basis under Article 6(1)(a) GDPR, together with the European ePrivacy and national electronic-marketing rules that apply to the selected channel and recipient. We keep evidence of the consent wording, the date and method of the opt-in, and later withdrawal.
Consent is freely given and separate from every other agreement. It is not a condition of receiving a quotation, entering a contract, or obtaining support, and declining has no effect on the service you receive.
4. What data we use
We use the name, email address, and telephone number you provided, together with your consent record and your interaction with our messages, such as whether a message was opened or a link was followed. This helps us keep the content relevant and stop sending to addresses that no longer work.
5. How to withdraw consent
- Use the unsubscribe link included in every message.
- Reply to any SMS with the opt-out keyword shown in the message.
- Write to info@example.com and ask to be removed.
Withdrawal is free of charge and is applied without undue delay. It does not affect the lawfulness of messages sent before you withdrew, and it does not stop transactional messages such as quotation replies, order confirmations, or delivery notices, which are part of our service to you.
6. How long we keep your consent record
We keep a record of when and how you gave consent while it is active and afterwards for only as long as needed to demonstrate compliance under Article 7(1) GDPR and address possible legal claims. Your contact details are removed from active marketing lists when withdrawal takes effect.
7. Your rights
You may object to direct marketing at any time and free of charge, and you keep every other right described in our Privacy Policy, including access, rectification, erasure, and the right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority.
